No ont how do i contact sky

Can anyone help me. I've received my sky broadband box,all ready to plug in but I don't have an ONT and I can't get through to sky to ask when an engineer will fit this. All I get is a message saying problems can be sorted on line . 
can someone please send me a phone number with a person that actually speaks and not a robot

Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
