Rubbish signal

Recently changed to sky from BT, mistake. Very poor signal and no signal in the upstairs bedroom, despite being assured that the new broadband router is super fantastic. How can I speak to someone at sky for help, I'm going round in circles online and becoming increasingly frustrated.
