Rubbish internet

Does anyone else have rubbish internet.  Losing connection every day sometimes a few times.  I have a home ed child and can't rely on something we pay for that doesn't work and isn't reliable.  Thinking of just changing providers as had enough of this. Thanks

Never had an issue other than a broken phone line, if you are having that many issues call sky for an engineer visit to check the line is ok, likely a line fault somewhere. changing providers wont make a difference if there is a fault on the line.

@Robbrobro Can you please run the broadband test, this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

After the service checker completes and if it comes back green all good can you click on broadband to run an updated test please. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

If someone has helped give them Like.

If you have found this solution helpful please tick this as the answer.

There are around six million addresses supplied by Sky Broadband in the UK: a 99.9% success rate would still be 6,000 unhappy households on any particular day.

Re: Rubbish internet

Yes. It's terrible. I thought going faster and upgrading would be better. It is not. I've given it long enough to "calibrate" I'll be raising this as a complaint tomorrow. It is odd that it all points to having fast internet speeds but the reality is very different. I often have to go onto 4G/5G to load apps/websites. Don't get it!!
