Rubbish broadband since moving to fibre!

Trying to watch a show on amazon, it keeps "buffering" and is getting very irritating. According to this app, everything is fine! Obviously it isn't! We've had nothing but issues since moving over to fibre or whatever it's called now

What is your  broadband speed  if you  are  watching  on a puck or sky glass tv  you need a minimum  of 25mps for hd channels  to watch  and 35mps  to watch  uhd channels, and also the more devices that you have connected to the Internet the weaker the signal to each device is

You can  check your  speed  on the my sky app, and if you have  Netflix, then open it  go get help click on that and go to check my network and run see what speed the app is get to your  tv

@Chris2083  What colour of router do you have from Sky? Black or white?
