Rubbish WiFi
Hi Short picture of whats been happing, 1st lost internet for 2 weeks B4 openreach engineer says its the router, so he ordered a replace ment , 4 days later new router arrives, internet works But No WIFI, reported to sky, run tests tell me faulty router, replacement ordered, arrived today, been setting everything up again with new passwords, What do i have another router !! WiFi wont connect to Phone, Printer, security camera, Now either these new routers are all faulty or there is somting wrong with Skys system !! Paynig for a service and only getting a part of it, if i run home tests it says WiFi is working ok with good signal strength, like the one I had last week, But testing from Sky Tec they are telling me its a very weak signal !! So who is at fault here , Sky, the people making the router or somthing with Openreach ??? coming upto a month now and only part of what im paying for is working, they are going to have to send one of their own engineers for a home visit ! Service costs enough least you can expect is that it works. 😠 😠
