Rubbish WiFi connection

We have had Sky broadband just over a week and we can't get WiFi upstairs and our phones keep dropping out. We should have stayed with BT

Having the same issues. WiFi is great in the same room as the router but is terrible when I move rooms. Less than 3 meters away and I loose WiFi on my phone
