Wi-Fi going down at night and weak in day

My WiFi keeps cutting out in the middle of the night and now when making phone calls no one can hear me 

this is no good as my alarm is on WiFi and so is my daughters oxygen stats machine 

please can there be an investigation on why my WiFi is no longer working efficently and why it go down in the night
