Rubbish Speed and Connection
I've moved in my new address (right in the centre of the city) in June. Since then I've problems with my broadband speed. Sky promised me 40mbps speed guarantee, but what I get is between 0-5mbps. And the connection drops out several times during the day. I can't work from home, I can't watch TV, I can't play games, I can't even listen to music.
I normally work from home, but now I have to go to a coffee shop or other places to work in peace. Thanks to Sky.
I'm sick of restarting the router every time, and it doesn't last for one hour. I've been calling for an engineer at least once in a month since June. Besides, they say they'll refund if the speed is below the guaranteed speed. I've never got a refund so far.
I've never been regretted switching another supplier in my life. I'd been with Virgin Media for four years before that, and I called them only once in four years. But I called Sky for help 6 times in only 6 months. Now I'm stuck with Sky and they do nothing about it.
They also removed the engineer appointments from website and app, now I have to call every time I needed help. They never answer, you have to wait hours and hours. It's completely rubbish.
