Royal Mail said address incorrect

Royal Mail have emailed me to say their returning my box to Sky as our address doesn't exist. I have had no one try and deliver anything and my address most certainly does exist. I can't get hold of sky to sort it out.

It sounds like your address has been inputted incorrectly for the postage label or was not entered correctly when you signed up for your package.

You'll need to either call Sky or we can escalate your post on the forum to chat with an advisor. Let me know which you'd prefer.
