Think my router is faulty after few hours it like resets it's self like red power light comes on reboots any help wud be appreciated

When you call and asked the nature of the call say " Technical " , you will be asked for a mobile number give this if you can. But DO NOT hang up even if asked to do so. You should then be dropped into the queue to speak to an advisor.
