Online it says I can change my ssid and password using the my sky app. But under product settings I have no option for my hub. Tried reinstalling app and still same.

@Rj278 if you havecthe white Sky Max hub you should have a link labelled Wifi Settings which opens a page where you can edit the SSID and pasword of the Wifi Max hub by clicking on the pencil icon. If that isnt there either call Sky as they need to get it added.

It has appeared in the app this morning. Didn't do anything but all sorted now
