I’m trying to change an appointment with open reach for a new installation

I am changing my broadband and awaiting an appointment with open reach. I have had four appointments changed and the latest one I can't do I was on the phone for an hour on Monday and they assured me I would have a new appointment, still waiting if they come and I am not here I will not be paying a fine
