Sky BB installed successfully yesterday with Sky Max Hub - my understanding is if I need to put in port forwarding I need to do it in the My Sky App. Should the router show straight away or is there a delay and I just need to be more patient?
I am accessing the app, selecting "Product Settings" and I see three options, "Device Management" which shows my sky puck details, "Broadband Shield" for content control and "Internet Security" for some software I'm not going to touch with a barge pole. But nothing for my router - unless I'm missing something.

I ended up calling sky, they suggested scanning the QR code on the inside of the box lid and follow that process but they also raised a ticket to fix it. The QR code thing didn't work but I got a text that it was fixed yesterday and all good now. I wonder if the problem is a missing step on the original install, but it's fixed now.

Yes
or is there a delay and I just need to be more patient?
Also yes, as witnessed by multiple posts in this forum.
