Router return packaging sent to wrong address

Hi,

I recently had to leave sky broadband due to moving to an address where my broadband was already being provided for.

despite giving sky the new address, the packaging to return my router has been sent to my old address, which I no longer have access to.

any attempt to resolve this using live chat hasn't worked, 

please advise on what I can do next?

Whe you do send it off then add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
