Router replacement

Hi I ordered the fastest available package and have phone and tv packages as well please advise on getting the gigafast router as it have medical needs and vip customer. Please advise. Thanks

I dont really understand your post fully, are you saying you want the Gigafast router? Which router do you have at the moment? Typically Sky will send you the router that you are entitled to depending on the package you have. What medical needs does the gigafast router provide?

I am being connected to the fibre network on 09/09/2026 and have been notified a package with router and eathernet cable would be sent.  I have received a packge but the new roter was not included.

If you already have a Sky Broadband Hub and didn't choose to add the WiFi Max subscription supplement then all you'd get is the 'Conversion Kit' (which is just a short ethernet cable)
