@Bart1988 the Wifi Max hub is potentially faster as it supports Wifi6 but with a 100Mb/s service the increase is speed is not really an issue as the earlier WiFi5 hubs can easily support speed up to 500Mb/s. It sounds more like an issue with signal level given all hubs have the same transmission power.
Check that your existing hub is in the best possible place which is as central as you get it out in the open on a durface well above obstructions like radiators. You may want to consider getting some third party wfi kit to extend the signal if areas in your home have poor speeds. Wifi Ma x which includes extender pods if they are required maybe an answer
