The power cable for my router has stopped working. I have tried an alternate powered usb c for a laptop and it works, but he one supplied by sky isn't working.

please can I find out how to acquire a new one?

@MTeddy yiu can call Sky abd tgey will send a new hub with cables for you to swap out. Alternstively with the white hubs a standard usb c lead will work with most usb c chargers.
