Router note received yet
My Sky broadband activation which was scheduled for yesterday. Unfortunately, I have not yet received the router

What does it say in "my orders" on your my sky app..?
Sky Stream , Sky Superfast, SR203 router, Tp link td w9970 + Asus RT AX58U (backup), Xbox Series X, google home mini, LG 55 inch uhd tv, with Dolbyvision, samsung a5 2017 and samsung s21

Is there any sort of RM or DPD tracking number?
Often when a router gets a delayed dispatch its because your activation date has been delayed. Is your activation date still current?

Yesterday, I received a message from Sky confirming that my router was activated. However, when I tracked the Royal Mail post, it appears that the router was sent to the wrong location and needs to be rerouted

Ah okay so there is your answer then, you need to contact RM and ask what has happened with the package. If RM are not able to resolve it you'll need to contact Sky and ask for them to send a replacement
