Router not working

We had a engineer come today and when setting up the sky router was faulty. The engineer said it could be the wire or the box. Everything else here set up is working

So I presume this was a new installation? If the engineer stated the hub was faulty you'll need to contact Sky, explain what the engineer told you and get them to send out a replacement hub.
