Router not sent

Hello,

 

I had my internet installed a couple of weeks ago but Sky have not sent the router. I have been on the phone multiple times to Sky and they always lie saying it will or has been dispatched. Is there any way to get the router sent out?

@hibruv nobodies lieing simply the agents are placing the order butva system glitch isxstopping thecdispatch. To get this sorted I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
