Router not recognising HP printer

Printer has always worked fine, but since we have changed to Sky Glass it won't connect.  Have tried pressing WPS button on printer and router, it gets so far then message comes up; Error....progress stopped.  What can I do

Glass is a Sky-branded television set.

Did you also change your broadband to Sky at the same time as ordering the Glass television?

Or perhaps you had Sky Q before and the WiFi signal strength is no longer being booster by Sky Q boxes so your printer is out of range?
