Router not connecting to internet

Hi I've recently switched to sky broadband plugged router in as stated on the switch over date but won't connect to the internet it has solid green light for power and WiFi but nothing for internet or voice phones sky who stated it would be connected by midnight but still nothing have done all the service checks both myself and with call agent both say it's working fine but somehow still won't connect to the internet has anyone else had an issue with this and if so what is the fix

@Mark642 sounds like the activation of your servicecdid not happen as planned which could be because of a technical issue like a problem with the line or simply the engineer messed up. Given the work is done by Openreach or City Fibre whose networks Sky uses rather than by Sky staff themselves it takes sometime before Sky are told what went wrong. If you call Sky today they should be able  to check what happened.
