Hi
please help. My activation day was yesterday and router won't connect. It just has a solid red light. 35 mins on hold to be told the LAN is is ok, whatever that means and an engineer will come on Tuesday. That's six days with no internet, no tv, no radio...
any ideas what I can do to get it working.
the old router from BT worked fine for 5 years so shouldn't this one be ok

As I have no internet getting access to this to chat to some one on the bubble hasn't happened can you escalate it again for me so I can speak to someone. I don't particularly want to be paying for a service that I haven't had access to
