Router not arrived
The router has not arrived due to damage from a message from royal mail. I would like full broadband for tomorrow

@Lara-80 you are not talking to Sky by posting in the forum and you will need to report the issue of the damaged hub to them by calling. The good news is that the missing hub wont stop the engineer from completing their work but you cannot of course use the connection until you haveca working hub.
