Hub isn’t visible. Cannot connect devices.

Hi

this morning my internet isn't working. I've followed the advice to restart devices etc. the service checker shows broadband and wi fi working.  But when I try and connect a device by scanning the QR code it says cannot connect to this. And when I look on my WiFi on my phone the hub isn't even visible. Please can anyone offer any advice on next steps?
