@Sara1956 Black or white sky Hub, Black is the broadband Hub, and white is the sky Max, black one can be done and changed but you do have to set via the web manager interface and the Advanced options for the WANoE page. See the picture below post 7 in the link changing this will stop the dsl relay clicking on a FF Full Fibre Connection!
@Sara1956 Then you need to call sky explain the clicking VDSL relay every second or so, and ask for a replacement from sky, don't think you can do anything as it's the white one with restricted web interface access!
