@Jezza36B Is this the internet light that is doing amber and you lose internet access or is this the voice light going amber?

It's usually just the voice that goes amber and we can't get any WiFi. Sometimes the Internet goes orange too.

@Jezza36B rather than doing a powercycle on the router. You can go into router management if you follow the directions in the link below until you get to show statisics there is another button beside it and you can do a disconnect and reconnect from there if you have a hardwired device.

Update - spoke to the technical dept in Sky and they advised me to move the cable from port 2 to port4 on the back of the router. I've done this and no more issues so far...
