Router keeps dropping out

Router dropping out every thirty to fourth minutes. Router showing orange lights on both internet and voice before regaining connection after a few minutes. No known issues in area and everything else is working well. Sky router is approx 6 months old

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start


You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.


After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Thanks, everything is showing green and there has been no improvement. I think it may be a router issue
