Router issues
Ive got the black sky router and the last few days the light 2 and 4 go off then it seems to reset but annoyingly it disconnects from everything which is a nightmare if I'm in the middle of an online game with my daughter 😅 No known issues in the area and using the my sky app is only showing a speed issue which has always been a problem since I've had sky. I had a get out of contract offer but being blunt no one could offer me a better deal plus Sky have been nothing but good to me.

Try running this line test to see if it finds any faults:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start
You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.
After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.
If this is of no help give Sky a call to report it to them.

Thanks, it tends to just flag speed as an issue then goes through the routine of getting me to unplug things then replug everything back in but I've done that about 5 times over the last week and it's not helped at all. It did flag up as an outside issue just yesterday and apparently booked an engineer but by the afternoon said the fault was fixed even though the problem has happened again thos evening. I think calling Sky will be my next plan as somthing isn't working the way it should and not just normal issues.
