Router issues
Hi, I have good speed to my house, but the problem is the router as my connection is constantly dropping in and out and I know this as our phones (4 of) keep using our data whilst in the house

Re: Router issues
@Harry13 some newer phones have a setting that will switch to using mobile data if tgat is faster than thecwifi in your home. Apple call this WiFi Assist and hidecthe setting in the mobikecdata section right near the bottom but some Android phones are similar. You can check the WiFi speeds in your home using an app like WiFi Sweetspots which gives speeds between the phone and the access point as you move around your home.
WiFi signals lose power as they pass through sokid objects so pretty obviously make sure your hub iis out in the open above things like radiators. However in many homes you need multiple WiFi access points which you can get as part of Sky's add-on WiFi Max package https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max if required or you canbuy your own.
