My internet is poor 3 day now

My broadband is come and go and i don't get WiFi and my phone is reading 3G. The Area I live they are no good phone connection I always use my WiFi but now 3 days I don't get WiFi or tv is so annoying

I've have the same issue mines been down all weekend. It's an issue outside my house , sky said an openreach engineer is due within 72 working hours. 

they don't work during the weekend.
so hopefully mine will be back up tomorrow. 
I hope you called sky to get yours sorted out. Hopefully soon too.
