Router issues
I work from home and my Microsoft teams keeps losing connection when I'm on important calls - I have reported to my work it help desk and they have advised me to contact you as it doesn't improve if I sit near the router, have an Ethernet cable plugged in direct from router to laptop and they said this needs a proper lines test for quality and stability by yourselves

In case you’re not aware you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services on here. This is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to try to help other customers.
Sky broadband discussed here is a domestic service and whilst it's fine for those customers working from home to use it, they won't receive additional or quicker support.

@Jc0808 Run your own diagnostic test, if nothing is found then follow the prompt's, and finally you need to call sky!.
