Router has a red light no internet
About 30 minutes ago my fiance and i lost connection to Netflix, a few minutes later my mother called up and said they had no internet and there was a red light on the router box, i have tried unplugging for 30 seconds, 1 minute and two minutes, i have checked the sky app and each time it has told me everything is fine

@Eggleton About the lights is linked below and the second link also takes some time to work it all out!
This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

If you haven’t done it already use the below link to check to see if there are any broadband problems or outages nearby if enough time has passed for a fault condition to displayed by the software test! This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households.
