Purchasing Broadband

I am trying to purchase Broadband from Sky. I mange to get all the way through to billing and then once the it accepts everything I get a page failure that reads, 'we're sorry'. I had this problem yesterday and have tried again today on a different device so I'm not entirely sure what the problem is. Any help would be great

If the website is playing up then the only way to get this ordered placed will be by calling Sky.

Would you be able to provide me with a number to call because every number I've tried won't work. Or it says it doesn't recognise my phone number with an account.
