Router fault
For the 3rd time in a week I have to reset my router

@DarrenRobson39 it is rare for Sky hubs to go faulty. Loss of connection is more commonly caused by a line or server issue. This troubleshooter can help you diagnose issues see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/hub-lights-explained-start
If you do conclude the hub is at fault - typically rebooting without your intervention - then call Sky who have access to the datavthe unit reports
