Router dropping out

My router keeps dropping out the wifi multiple times a day. Each time I have to reset the router by unplugging and replugging to sort out. I have had the router for a number of years and feel that it needs to be replaced.

@MartinFP  Do the lights change on the router when this happens and it will not reconnect on its own?

The lights stay the same, i.e the wifi light is white but there is no wifi on any device. I have to turn the power off ans restart and it then reconencts. It cann then drop out multiple times a day.

@MartinFP  What about the internet light on the router does that change colour,? The WiFi light is there to just show you the radios are working.

All of the lights stay white. Rarely, the WIFI light can turn orange and flash, go steady orange the white, but this is not every time.

@MartinFP  Well that router is no longer being supported so might be best to ask Sky for an updated router as you are in contract.

How do I contact Sky to replace the router? When I try the website, I keep getting referred to this community.
