Broadband has been dropping for 4 weeks. They have sent 5 engineers.
The broadband is dropping out very frequently, the last Sky engineer said he could see over 50 drops within 24 hours. They have sent 4 BT outreach engineers and 1 Sky engineer, and they all give different reasons, Sky blames the line and says the house is fine, and BT blames the house and says the line is fine. Every time the wifi drops the router wifi light either goes amber or flashing amber. The broadband has been fine for over a year and is now unreliable.
Another engineer is booked to visit this week, but it seems like the problem is getting passed around with no goal to fix it.
