No WiFi

No WiFi available. Rebooted router and all lights are green. But no mobile phones have WiFi connections

@Cwagaw if all of your are showing they are connected to the Sky hub but cannot get an internet connection power down the hub for at least an hour as that should reset the connection to Sky's servers clearing the fault.
