Was meant to receive my sky hub router and be activated by today 15th April 2025. Still not received anything

@Router1 Have you had the dispatch e-mail or text from Sky, if so there will be details and tracking off it!

Nope it hasn't been dispatched. It was meant to go on today

@Router1 Well if you have not been informed, your original e-mail does it have a confirmed activation date, you will have to call sky to find out what is going on.
