Greetings!👋
Could someone please help me understand these router statistics. I have been experiencing intermittent WiFi dropouts for the last two weeks. All lights remain green on the Hub when it happens.
An engineer was called out and he replaced the router but we are still experiencing these issues. A line check came back as normal. It appears to be entirely random.
Ogi was working down the road a few weeks ago, is it possible a line was accidentally distributed during the work? I'm at a loss really and I have little understanding on the topic.
Thnak you!😊

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Lavrov32 absolutely nothing amiss with those stats as far as I can see you have a stable connection running at 80Mb/s down and 20Mb/s up the max your connection can deliver.
I suspect your problem is intermittent interference causing your devices to lose wifi connection especially if the hub has been swapped. The range of things that can cause wifi problems is huge but as a start move any device that uses wireless connection loke cordless DECT phones, wireless soeakers etc away from the hub. Secondly consider if an appliance that uses significant amounts of power switches on or off at times you lose connection.
if its pratical try using ethernet cables to devices you use for work or for gaming as cables are immune to interference.
