Router Issues
We lost connection yesterday due to an issue in the area, service checker says we now have Internet. Now we can't connect to router. Router has 2 green lights middle light is off. I have reset but still not working

@Elaineb1 the key light is the one labelled Internet as thst shows if the hub is connected. If the Service Checcker in the My Sky app is telling you the area fault has been cleared call Sky to tell them it hasn't.
