Router Broken

Need our router replaced as it has broken.  Heard a "pop" then all lights and Power turned off.  No longer working and need replacement ASAP as Work from Home. 

Any help Greatly received

Maybe have a look on your local Facebook Marketplace for one? Even if you get a replacement sent today, it's probably going to be a couple of days before you receive it. At least then you'll also have a spare, should anything similar happen in the future.

Important to note that Q Hubs, Sky Broadband Hubs and Max Hubs are loaned, not sold by Sky, and should not be available second hand.

 

Having said that, Sky is apparently no longer requiring return of Q Hubs as these are being made obsolete due to their non-compliance with the recently enforced UK security standards for broadband equipment (specifically because of their weak local administrator credentials)
