I want my routa to switch off at 10pm and come on again about 8am in morning how do I do it ??
Its in my bedroom have to put a book in front of the light

There's no way to do so other than manually at the power socket (or you could put an external timer there).
Note that repeatedly power cycling a router may be detected as line instability and cause broadband speed to be reduced.
