Roku box not connecting

Roku box doesn't connect at all. 
Tried all set up saying I have no wifi. 

WiFi throughout the home nor do at all. On 1-2 bar on WiFi which is ridiculous even by the router. 

speeds are slow and lots of buffering never had this issue until recently
