Can't seem to get Roblox on

the connection just keeps going around in a circle

I live at the top of. A bank

my daughter lives at the bottom of a bank but she can get it on ok

any suggestions?

@CarolGibson What connection, wireless wifi from the home, or are you doing a mobile connection. You do not say what!
