Roblox connection dropping

Hi there

 

Recently changed my broadband to sky super fast (sky max hub 6). I get a great connection on all three floors of my house except with the Roblox app on my daughter's iPhone 14 which constantly drops out.  It's driving her (and therefore me) crazy. 

 

Any suggestions much appreciated!

Try disabling Sky Shield
