Ringcentral VVX350 Not Connecting

Hi, I have been given a phone to work with which uses RingCentral, it is a Poly VVX 350. 

 

However it is connected to my router, powers on but is saying Date/Time is out of Sync - I am unable to get an IP address for the phone either within its settings, could it be the router that is causing the issue or the PoE adapter?

Couple things to check;

- Disable Sky Shield

- Try changing the ethernet mode on your hub to 'Fast'
