Do you mean you have changed your broadband supplier, if so you need to use the ring app and change the wifi network via it.

@babyeric You need to use the ring app and change the required information, this has nothing to do with sky, and you also need to be sure that you have a good 2.4Ghz wireless wi-fi signal, only one doorbell is able to go higher. Ring support is your place to go as well! Ring device health and change network!

@babyeric the well publicised issue today with AWS affected Ring systems my own is back online but was down from early morining.
