Ring doorbell will not connect to Sky Max Router

Tried turning 5ghz off but will not connect

@Colin_Cooper unless you have an ancient Ring doorbell there is no nedd to disable the 5GHz band thry msy only use the 2.4GHz band but link to dualband SSIDs. Couple of ideas first try connecting the doorbell closer to the hub and move it to its final lcation once connected. I'm having the same problem since my router was changed to the white max hub , I had no problems previous to this! I've tried everything & it still is problematic! Trying to contact sky is a nightmare!

Thanks to Chrissi my Ring doorbell is now working. It was the advice and instruction to reset the doorbell itself that clinched it. Thanks to everyone that contributed.
