Rewiring broadband

I live above shops, and my broadband was wired against the wrong building. Said building is now about to be refurbished and the building owners need to remove the wires to do their works. The fibre cables need to be moved to the correct place. How do I get in contact with an engineer to arrange this?

@GMadda  You can't get in touch with an Engineer to do the move, what you need to do is call Sky customer service on 150from your tlak landline or Sky Mobile to arrange this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

Re: Rewiring broadband

Thanks! I'm only on Sky Broadband at the moment - but can't find the correct number for this as 150 won't work for me.

@GMadda  If you have Sky Broadband you have access to Sky Talk simply plug a standard Telephone into the UK Phone port on your hub.

Re: Rewiring broadband

@GMadda

Sky make it extremely difficult to contact them via phone. The phone number cannot be posted here but you can find the it on their website by following this link:

https://www.sky.com/help/accessibility-information/support-with-other-needs/articles/support-with-ot...

Then scroll to the bottom of the page and select "No, I still need help"

Then scroll to the bottom of the page and select "I'd prefer to get intouch"

Then scroll to the bottom of the page and check the "I’ve tried the steps and info above and they didn’t help." box, then press "Get in touch"

Then scroll to the bottom of the page and follw the "Choose more options" link

Then scroll to the bottom of the page and select "Call us"

You should then see the number you need......

You will still have fun when you call trying to get through the automated system to talk to someone but it can be done. Took me three attempts when I called them a couple of months ago.

Good luck.
